Welcome to RestAssured. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RestAssured platform, including any websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by RestAssured Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your restaurant business.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to disable your account at any time, including if you have violated these Terms.

3. Subscription and Payments

RestAssured offers different subscription tiers with varying features and pricing. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you select. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice may be provided by email, through the Service, or by posting the changes on our website.

4. Restaurant Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload, create, or manage through the Service, including menu items, restaurant information, customer data, and order history ("Restaurant Data").

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your Restaurant Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Restaurant Data complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy and consumer protection.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Use the Service to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated device to access the Service
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or RestAssured employee
• Sell, resell, or lease the Service without our express written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RestAssured and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the content of the Service except as expressly authorized by us.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RestAssured, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
